South Korean actor Han So Hee’s mother has been arrested for operating 12 illegal gambling dens, however this isn’t her brush with the law.
Han So Hee’s agency has come up with a statement amid the controversy. The agency said that the actor has nothing to do with the incident and added that Han So Hee is devastated after learning about the crimes committed by her mother.
Earlier in 2019, Han So Hee was in legal trouble after her mother took out a 40 million KRW loan and failed to make the repayment after putting the actor as the guarantor.
Han So Hee’s parents reportedly split up when she was five years old, and she was raised by her grandmother.
