BTS’ artists Jimin and Jungkook are now companion soldiers in the military and have started their rigorous boot camp training. Their recent images from the military app dressed in military attire, holding guns and marching, have surfaced online.
In the group pictures, the duo is seen with fellow trainees, sporting their assigned numbers – 59 for Jungkook and 60 for Jimin. The duo is undergoing basic training together at the same center.
In other pictures, Jimin is seen reading a training handbook. They were also seen engaged in exercises and drills.
Fans are really excited to see the duo navigating their military training journey. A fan wrote, “my heart is just beaming with pride.”
Jimin and Jungkook will complete their basic training at the same facility. They will live together on the base after finishing basic training and serve their military duty. This arrangement helps develop a sense of companionship and mutual support. Under the companion soldier arrangement, they cannot apply to other branches of the military such as the Air Force, Navy, or other organizations.
