Los Angeles, Sep 5 (PTI) Hollywood star Katherine Waterston joins the ensemble cast of Oscar-nominated director Paul Greengrass's forthcoming film. According to Deadline, Andrew Garfield will headline the yet-to-be-titled project, taking on the role of a famed rebellious leader who amasses an army against King Richard II.

Renowned producer Jason Blum is overseeing the production under the Blumhouse banner, with contributions from Greg Goodman, Joanna Kaye, and Greengrass himself. Lars Sylvest will also lend his expertise via Thank You Pictures, alongside Joe Neurauter from Supernix.

Deadline has reported that filming is slated to commence later this year. The specifics surrounding Waterston's character remain a mystery.
