A recent rumour of Marvel actor Jeremy Renner's death took the internet by storm and had fans in a state of distress.
The news of Jeremy's death spread like wildfire after a report claimed that the actor passed away in an elevator accident.
Jeremy had met with an snowplough accident earlier this year but he started his journey to recovery soon after.
However, this rumour was put to rest after the actor also took to Instagram Stories to post a snap of a bear with the American flag in its mouth. He captioned the snap, ‘4th of July Prep Tahoe style.’
Soon after, a social media user clarified and wrote, ‘He is alive and well.’ While another user did not seem too amused with the spread of fake news and commented, ‘I will send you a letter soaked in lemon juice in the juices you get a paper cut and it stings.’
Jeremy Renner was last seen in Marvel’s TV series ‘Hawkeye’ which also featured Hailee Steinfeld & Florence Pugh in pivotal roles.
