Megan Fox posted a picture of herself cradling her baby bump and another picture of her positive pregnancy test. Paying tribute to her unborn child through the lyrics of her husband’s song, the actor wrote in the caption, “Nothing is ever really lost. Welcome back baby.”
In November 2023, Fox opened up about her miscarriage and how it affected her and Kelly. The actor said that it was very difficult for both of them and it sent them on a very wild journey together and separately. Megan reflected on the pain of losing her unborn baby girl in her book through poems.
