A video has surfaced online that shows rapper Drake pushing a fan who rushed to the stage to meet him during his ‘It's All a Blur Tour’ stop in Austin, Texas. He is also seen calling out his security after the incident.
Drake was talking to the crowd when the fan walked up to him on stage. Initially, Drake pushed him away, but after realising that he was not a threat, he walked the fan to the end of the stage. The security then took him away.
‘Y'all not doing security out here?’ Drake said, before telling the person taking away the fan.
At the Texas concert, Drake told the crowd that he plans to drop the first single from his forthcoming album ‘For All the Dogs‘ soon.
‘I’m even going to say something tonight in Austin, Texas I haven’t said yet,’ Drake said.
In a similar incident, Drew Barrymore was approached by an alleged stalker who tried to interrupt her interview. Drew had to suddenly be whisked away from the stage.
A slew of similar incidents has happened in recent months including Bebe Rexha receiving face injuries after someone threw a phone at her face and Lil Nas X having a sex toy thrown at him.
