In Los Angeles, August 21 (PTI), it's been announced that Hayley Atwell, known for her role in "Mission: Impossible-Dead Reckoning Part One," and Rupert Everett, famed for his roles in movies such as "My Best Friend’s Wedding" and "Another Country," are set to make an appearance in the second season of the Disney+ series "Rivals."
As reported by Deadline, both actors will join as guest stars in this upcoming dark comedy, which is an adaptation of Dame Jilly Cooper's renowned 1988 novel.

Atwell is set to portray Helen Gordon, the ex-wife of Rupert Campbell-Black, played by Hassell, and mother to his children, Marcus and Tabitha.
Everett will take on the role of Malise Gordon, Atwell's character's husband, who served as Black’s former show-jumping coach and mentor.
The second season will also star Amanda Lawrence, Oliver Dench, Bobby Lockwood, Eliot Salt, and Jonny Weldon, among others.
The inaugural season of the series debuted in October 2024 with an eight-episode run, directed by Elliot Hegarty, Dee Koppang O'Leary, and Alexandra Brodski.
