Designer Rohit Bal has been admitted to a hospital in Gurugram and put on ventilator support, HT City has reported quoting sources.
Bal has reportedly been admitted to Medanta Hospital due to a pre-existing heart condition.
The report quoted a close friend of the designer as saying that Bal was rushed to the Moolchand hospital three days but when his condition worsened he was taken to Medanta.
The designer had suffered a heart attack in 2010. HT City reported that the 62-year-old has been admitted to the hospital for serious health complications multiple times in the last few months.
