Now, Basu has debunked the rumors linking Tara Sutaria to the project.
Anurag Basu clarified that no female lead has been finalized for the film and termed all speculations 'baseless'.
The Aashiqui franchise, renowned for its romantic allure, witnessed immense success with the first two installments in 1990 and 2013.
Despite many ongoing rumours, the production team has not made any official announcements regarding the cast, leaving fans eagerly anticipating the unveiling of the lead actress for the highly anticipated Aashiqui 3.
