According to Pinkvilla, Rajkumar had shared about his love story in early interviews and said that he first saw Patralekhaa in an advertisement and then later on he got the chance to do a short film with her. The actor shared that they became best friends and then turned lovers.
Patralekhaa and Rajkummar Rao officially started dating in 2010, and tied knot in November 2021, after 11 years of dating.
