After delivering the biggest blockbuster of the year- ‘Fighter’, Hrithik Roshan has begun shooting for his next with Telugu superstar Jr NTR for YRF Spy Universe film ‘War 2’. New pictures have surfaced on the internet from the sets of the action thriller.
Telugu superstar Jr NTR arrived in Mumbai last week. The actor was clicked at the airport by paparazzi. Now, it seems that the actor has begun shooting for ‘War 2’ with Hrithik Roshan. The two actors looked ready for some action in the pictures. There is a hint of blood on Hrithik’s face, suggesting that the actors might be shooting for the action sequence.
While Hrithik was seen wearing a white T-shirt and a black vest, Jr NTR wore a grey T-shirt in the viral pictures. The duo, however, was not in the same frame.
After Salman Khan as ‘Tiger’, Shah Rukh Khan as ‘Pathaan’ and Hrithik Roshan as ‘Kabir’, Jr NTR is the latest entry to Aditya Chopra’s YRF Spy Universe. ‘War 2’ will mark Jr NTR’s entry to Hindi cinema as the makers aim to make pan-India film universe.
Scheduled to be released on Independence Day 2025 weekend, this film is being directed by Ayan Mukerji. The filming is currently underway with Hrithik Roshan and Jr NTR. Besides the two superstars, Kiara Advani will also be seen in the upcoming action-thriller. The film is a sequel to Hrithik Roshan and Tiger Shroff starrer ‘War’. The first part was directed by ‘Fighter’ director and went on to become one of the highest grossing films of the year.
