‘The Great Indian Family’ trailer: Vicky Kaushal starrer promises a rollercoaster of emotions

The trailer of ‘The Great Indian Family’, starring Vicky Kaushal and Manushi Chillar, has been released.

The light-hearted family drama stars Vicky as Bhajan Kumar, who belongs to a Pandit family. He is a renowned devotional singer who struggles to find love due to his profession. Chaos ensues after the family receives an anonymous letter stating that Bhajan belongs to a Muslim family.

Sharing the trailer, Vicky wrote, ‘Humaari #TheGreatIndianFamily aapki family se milne aa rahi hai 22nd September ko! Watch the trailer NOW (Link in bio) Milte hain aapke nazdeeki cinemagharon mein!’

The film is directed by Vijay Krishna Acharya and produced by Yash Raj Films. The music is composed by Pritam.

An impressive cast of actors also includes Manoj Pahwa, Kumud Mishra, Sadiya Siddiqui, Alka Amin, Srishti Dixit, Bhuvan Arora, Ashutosh Ujjwal, and Bharti Perwani.

‘The Great Indian Family’ is all set to release on September 22.

Vicky Kaushal was last seen with Sara Ali Khan in the comedy film ‘Zara Hatke Zara Bachke’.

On the other hand, Manushi Chhillar made her Bollywood debut in 2022 with ‘Samrat Prithviraj’, alongside Akshay Kumar, Sonu Sood, and Sanjay Dutt. The film failed to impress the audience and tanked at the box office.
