Raj Kundra has time and again landed himself in controversy. Since last year, he’s been involved in pornography case that also involved Poonam Pandey and Gehana Vasisth.
According to reports on Zapkey.com, Raj Kundra has transferred his properties worth 38.5 crores to his wife Shilpa Shetty. This includes the entire first floor of a building with five flats and their Juhu sea-facing bungalow.
Varun Singh, Founder of SquareFeatIndia.com further said that, the total area transferred by Raj Kundra to Shilpa Shetty measures a around 5,996 square feet. It also is the house which both the husband and wife has shown as their current address.
Shilpa Shetty paid a duty of 1.9 crores on the transfer deed.
Raj and Shilpa were last spotted in public together at Shilpa's sister Shamita Shetty's birthday bash. Raj is currently out on bail and all eyes have been on the businessman but he has kept a low-key appearance in media.
