Shahid Kapoor-Kareena Kapoor starrer ‘Jab We Met’ re-released in theatres during the Valetine’s week. Shahid, who was at a multiplex in Mumbai’s Juhu for ‘Shehzada’ premiere on Thursday, made his way to the screen playing his 2007 film and greeted fans. The actor couldn’t stop smiling as he watched fans dance to ‘Mauja Hi Mauja.'
He went on to shake hands and greet fans while the crowd hooted for him.
Sharing a video of his experience on social media, Shahid wrote, ‘Jab We Met 16 years later’.
‘Jab We Met’ directed by Imtiaz Ali, was released in 2007. It also starred Tarun Arora, Saumya Tandon and Dara Singh in important roles.
Shahid Kapoor recently made his OTT debut with ‘Farzi’. The Raj & DK series also stars Vijay Sethupathi, Kay Kay Menon and Raashii Khanna among others.
On the other hand, Kareena Kapoor Khan was last seen in ‘Lal Singh Chaddha’. She has ‘The Crew’ and ‘The Devotion of Suspect X’ in her pipeline.
