Sandeep Reddy Vanga has shared an update on the 'Animal' sequel 'Animal Park'. During a recent award show, Vanga revealed that the much-anticipated second part will go on the floors in 2026. Titled 'Animal Park', the sequel was announced with a mention in the end credit scenes of the first part. Moreover, the director also opened up about the possibility of Sandeep Reddy's Cinematic Universe.
SRV will be getting on the sequel of Ranbir-Kapoor starrer 'Animal' in 2026. While accepting the award at a recent event, the filmmaker divulged the details of 'Animal Park'. He revealed that the film will go on the floors in 2026, adding that 'Animal Park' will be bigger and wilder than 'Animal'.
When asked about the possibility of a Sandeep Reddy Cinematic Universe, where his protagonists Ranbir Kapoor, Shahid Kapoor, Vijay Deverakonda and Prabhas might share screen, the filmmaker shared that while he has never thought about it, it does sound intriguing. The filmmaker was then asked who he thinks would be his leading man if 'Animal' were to be made in Tamil. Responding to it, the filmmaker name-dropped Suriya.
Sandeep Reddy Vanga will next direct Prabhas starrer 'Spirit'. He is also expected to team up with Allu Arjun for a project.
