Ranveer Singh never leaves a chance to prove just how proud he is of Deepika Padukone. After constantly jamming to songs from the film, Ranveer has now shared an appreciation post for Deepika Padukone after watching her performance in the film.
He reviewed her performance in the most adorable way by sharing a picture of them kissing on the beach during one of their vacations. While she wore a loose white shirt, he was bare-bodied in the photo.
Ranveer captioned his post with the lyrics of the Gehraiyaan’s title track Doobey. Ranveer called Deepika a ‘tour de force’. “Transcendent, superlative and sublime! What an absolute masterclass of a performance, baby! Such fine, nuanced and heartfelt artistry! … at your consummate and peerless best in this one! You make me so proud! @deepikapadukone #gehraiyaan,” he added.
Gehraiyaan is now streaming on Amazon Prime. The film stars Deepika Padukone as Alisha, who falls for her cousin's fiancé. Ananya Panday co-stars as the cousin, Tia, and Siddhant Chaturvedi as the fiancé, Zain. Dhairya Karwa is cast as Alisha's partner of six years, Karan. Directed by Shakun Batra and produced by Karan Johar, the film also stars Naseerudddin Shah and Rajat Kapoor.
