Just weeks after announcing her pregnancy, Bipasha Basu has reacted to trolls who have been targeting women flaunting their baby bumps. In an interview with ETimes, she said that she respects all opinions and she will always focus on the 99% good rather than 1% negativity. The actor said she is a body positive person and believe that if you have to love your body you live in.
She added that at this beautiful stage of life when she’s transforming into a mother and her body has changed, she wants to celebrate it. She said she wants to flaunt her baby bump because it is not going to be there forever.
‘I'd rather focus on the positivity around me and I get a lot of love from fans, media, people from the business and everyone else. I feel overwhelmed with the love and wishes that have come my way,’ she told ETimes.
Previously in an interview with Hindustan Times, Bipasha revealed that she was not taking up much work as she planned for a baby.
Bipasha and Karan Singh Grover had announced their pregnancy last month by sharing pictures from the maternity shoot. The actors met in 2015 on the sets of their horror film ‘Alone’ and married in April 2016.
