Shah Rukh Khan’s ‘Pathaan’ is all set to release in theatres in less than two weeks. Now, the Yash Raj Films has been directed by the Delhi High Court to prepare an audio description, close captions and subtitles in Hindi for hearing and visually impaired people for the film’s OTT release.
According to Live Law report, Justice Prathiba M Singh has also asked the producers to submit the same to the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) for a decision on re-certification by February 20. The re-certification decision will be taken by March 10.
‘Pathaan’, directed by Sidharth Anand, will reportedly stream on Amazon Prime Video, however, there has been no confirmation by the makers yet.
‘Pathaan’ also stars Deepika Padukone and John Abraham in pivotal roles. The film, which will release on January 25, will mark SRK’s comeback on the big screen after 4 years. It will be a part of YRF’s spy universe along with films such as ‘Tiger’ and ‘War’.
