Actor Parineeti Chopra and AAP leader Raghav Chadha have shared the first pictures from their extravagant engagement ceremony. The couple exchanged rings at the Kapurthala House in New Delhi in the presence of their families and close friends.
Actor Priyanka Chopra, designer Manish Malhotra, singer Nisa Shetty, and several politicians were seen arriving at the venue. Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwat Mann, who arrived for the engagement ceremony, waved at the paparazzi from his car.
Prior to the event, a video of Raghav Chadha at his residence went viral on social media. The video featured him standing at the gate in a traditional kurta-pajama while sipping tea. His family members were seen managing the arrangements.
Before the engagement ceremony, the two families hosted the Sukhmani Sahib Path, followed by an ardas, a sikh ritual.
Parineeti Chopra and Raghav Chadha sparked dating rumours after they were pictured at a Mumbai eatery together earlier this year. They were recently spotted watching Punjab Kings vs Mumbai Indians IPL 2023 match in Mohali. The pictures had gone viral.
