On New Year, Mohit Raina surprised his fans by announcing his wedding on social media. In a recent interview, the actor revealed key facts about his wedding, as well as insights about his wife Aditi and how they met. Mohit told Hindustan Times that the wedding was not a planned event, but rather a last-minute decision. It just happened and everything fell in place. The wedding took place in Rajasthan and was a close-knit family affair.

The actor went on to say that he wasn't expecting the kind of reaction he got after the announcement. For him, it was heart-warming, beautiful, and emotional. It let him realise how much he is loved by his fans.

Raina explained that he has always been a private person, which helped him keep the wedding low-key. Those special moments of tying the knot, Mohit added, cannot be expressed in words. The wedding was described as 'dreamy' by the actor. He also revealed how he met Aditi for the first time. The couple met a few years ago and have been together ever since. Aditi, the actor's wife, is not from the entertainment industry and comes from a tech background. After a few years of growing their friendship, they decided to take the next step together. Mohit approached her family during the second wave of the pandemic to ask for her hand. Then, families got together and decided to move forward.

Mohit added that it’s a great feeling to be loved, to be in love, to be wanted, and to spend the good and bad moments with someone who cares about you.

On the professional front, Raina will be seen as Naveen Sikhera in 'Bhaukaal 2'.
