Actor Athiya Shetty stole hearts as she turned showstopper for ace designer Anamika Khanna at India Couture Week 2023. She exuded grace as she walked the ramp in an intricately embroidered cream dress with elegant long sleeves.
Besides the audience, her husband-cricketer KL Rahul was also in awe of her look and he couldn’t resist expressing his admiration on social media.
Sharing a video of his gorgeous wife walking the ramp, Rahul wrote, ‘My stunning wife @athiyashetty.’ Athiya reacted to his lovely post and called him, ‘My whole heart’.
Athiya’s father-actor Suniel Shetty also shared a clip of her ramp walk and called her ‘our desi Gigi, Bella, Kendall.’
Athiya Shetty and KL Rahul tied the knot on January 23, 2023, at Suniel Shetty’s farmhouse in Khandala. The couple dated for three years before exchanging wedding vows.
On the work front, Athiya Shetty made her Bollywood debut with the 2015 film ‘Hero’, which also marked the debut of star kid Sooraj Pancholi, son of actors Aditya Pancholi and Zarina Wahab.
After ‘Hero’, Athiya starred in ‘Mubarakan’ (2017) alongside Anil Kapoor, Arjun Kapoor and Ileana D’Cruz. She was last seen opposite Nawazuddin Siddiqui in ‘Motichoor Chaknachoor’ (2019).
