Katrina Kaif has opened up on the hamam scene in ‘Tiger 3.’ She revealed that she had lost her body double for the sequence, and she was literally in tears when her director Maneesh Sharma encouraged her to do the scene.
In a recent conversation at the Red Sea International Film Festival in Jeddah, the actor said that ‘some of the action sequences in Tiger 3 were definitely phenomenal.’ She further added, “I lost my body double in the ‘hamam’ sequence. She got sick. I went up to my director and producer and I was crying.
Because I’d worked so hard and I was like ‘no no…’, and he was like ‘you are going to do it’.”
Michelle Lee also spoke about the towel fight scene with Katrina Kaif at the Turkish Hamam and said, “I’m not surprised. I thought it was pretty epic when we were shooting it. We learned and practised the fight for a couple weeks and then shot it. The set design was absolutely gorgeous and the fight was really fun to do. It was wonderful being on an International film.”
She also praised Katrina and said that she was as graceful and professional as can be and that she worked really hard on getting the movements precise.
