Actor Kartik Aaryan has leased Shahid Kapoor and Mira Rajputs' Juhu apartment for 3 years. As per Hindustan Times report, the 'Bhool Bhuliayaa 2' actor will be living in an apartment in the Praneta building on Juhu Tara Road.
The sea-facing apartment is a penthouse that offers some of the best views of Mumbai's Juhu beach. It is spread over 3,681 sq ft and comes with two parking spaces in the compound. The lease terms indicated a 7% escalation in rent every year.
The 'Shehzada' actor will be paying a monthly rent of ₹7.5 lahks in the first 12 months, ₹8.02 lakh in the second year, and ₹8.58 lakh in the third year. The actor has already paid ₹45 lahks as security deposit. The stamp duty and registration for the 36-month lease transaction were done on January 12, 2023.
For the unversed, Shahid Kapoor lived in the house with his wife Mira Rajput, and kids Zain Kapoor and Misha Kapoor, until last year. They then moved into a swanky new duplex located in Mumbai's Worli.
