Actor Kartik Aaryan and filmmaker Karan Johar were spotted at the same building at the same time recently sparking speculations that the duo have buried the hatchet and may soon work together.
Reports of Kartik and Karan having fallout came to the fore couple of years ago after 'Dharma Productions' officially announced Kartik's exit from 'Dostana 2'.
'Due to professional circumstances, on which we have decided to maintain dignified silence- we will be recasting Dostana 2, directed by Collin D'Cunha. Please wait for the official announcement soon,' the statement by Karan Johar's production house released at that time read.
On the work front, Kartik Aaryan was last seen in ‘Shehzada’ with Kriti Sanon. He has multiple projects in the pipeline including ‘Satyaprem Ki Katha’ with Kiara Advani, ‘Captain India’ and ‘Aashiqui 3’.
Karan Johar is making his directorial comeback with ‘Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani’ starring Ranveer Singh and Alia Bhatt in lead roles which releases on April 28, 2023.
