Karisma took to Instagram and shared a picture in which she is seen standing in a kid’s cot with her little sister. Sharing the picture, Karisma penned a sweet note for her that read, “Always by ur side, cos ur simply the best, love you mostest. Happy birthday sister #familyfirst.”
