Actors Ishita Dutta and Vatsal Seth took to social media to reveal their newborn son’s name. They shared a video from his naming ceremony and wrote, ‘Namkaran Ceremony of our little one Vaayu Sheth. Thank you for all the love and blessings.’

In the video, Ishita and Vatsal are seen lovingly embracing their son. The actors’ family members are also seen cradling the baby in their arms. 

Soon after the video was shared on social media, fans and followers of the actor-couple filled the comment section with their love. Many appreciated them for having a simple ceremony at home. 

One person wrote, ‘Such a beautiful name. God Bless ‘Vaayu’. Another fan wrote, ‘Vaayu. Very Unique & beautiful Name. Feel Like Jannat.’

The couple’s friends from the film fraternity also wished them on the special day. 

Ishita Dutta and Vatsal Seth tied the knot in 2017 and welcomed their son on July 19, 2023.

Before posting the video from Vaayu’s naming ceremony, Ishita dropped a vlog about her motherhood journey and talked about the moment she first held her baby. 

Sharing the video, she wrote, ‘One of the most beautiful and memorable experiences of my life….’

Interestingly, actor Sonam Kapoor and her husband Anand Ahuja have also named their son Vayu, inspired by the Hindu god of the winds. Sonam and Anand welcomed their son in August 2022.
