‘Goldfish’, which marks Kalki Koechlin’s comeback to cinemas after a gap of four years, has received a positive response from the critics and the audience alike. The film also stars Deepti Naval in the lead role.
‘Goldfish’ was screened at the Rashtrapati Bhavan and the Films Division Auditorium in Delhi on September 3, two days after its release in cinemas.
The film is being praised for its sensitive storytelling and standout performances by the artists.
Directed by Pushan Kripalan, ‘Goldfish’ also stars talents from the UK such as Bharti Patel, Gordon Warnecke, Ravin Ganatra and Shanaya Rafaat in pivotal roles.
On the personal front, Kalki is parenting her three-year-old daughter Sappho with partner Guy Hershberg. Kalki was previously married to filmmaker Anurag Kashyap, who had directed her in the acclaimed Abhay Deol film ‘Dev D’.
Kalki Koechlin was recently seen in the second season of Prime Video series ‘Made In Heaven’. She stars as Faiza Naqvi in the show.
After Goldfish, Kalki Koechlin will feature in ‘Emma and Angel’.
