Superstar Shah Rukh Khan took to social media on the occasion of Diwali to extend his best wishes to his fans.
In a heartfelt note, he urged his admirers to take the opportunity to thank the Almighty for giving us the gift of life. While wishing his fans a Happy Diwali, he asked them to look good, feel better and dance a lot.
On X, SRK wrote, 'This Diwali let’s take the opportunity to thank the Lord for the gift he has given us….Life. May we have the strength to show our gratitude and ask for His forgiveness and seek His blessings for happiness. Happy Diwali to all. Look good…feel even better and dance a lot tonight.'
Several other Bollywood celebs took to social media and extended their best wishes to their fans on this auspicious occasion. Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor, Sidharth Malhotra and Kiara Advani, Shraddha Kapoor, Kartik Aaryan, Bhavana Panday, Ananya Panday, and many other stars posted decked-up pictures in their festive best.
Shah Rukh Khan’s work front
Shah Rukh Khan started the year with a bang with the action-thriller movie ‘Pathaan’, The Siddharth Anand directorial also starred Deepika Padukone and John Abraham, with Dimple Kapadia and Ashutosh Rana in supporting roles. The movie broke multiple records and earned over Rs 1,000 crore worldwide.
Next up was the blockbuster hit film ‘Jawan’ which too broke multiple records at the box office. The film marked the Bollywood debut of director Atlee and actor Nayanthara. Vijay Sethupathi starred as the prime antagonist in the film.
Shah Rukh Khan reportedly has a special appearance in Salman Khan starrer ‘Tiger 3’ which was released in cinemas on November 12.
Shah Rukh Khan is currently gearing up for the release of his comedy movie ‘Dunki’. He dropped a part of the film’s teaser on the day of his birthday. The Rajkumar Hirani directorial also stars Taapsee Pannu and Vicky Kaushal.
