This melodious track is from the 2005 film 'Home Delivery- Aapko... Ghar Tak' featuring Vivek Oberoi, Ayesha Takia, Boman Irani, and Mahima Chaudhry among others. Sung by Sunidhi Chauhan, Suraj Jagan, and Vaishali Samant is one of the most favorite Diwali anthems. The song is picturised on a group of school kids singing in a choir.
Dipaawali Manaai Suhaani (Shirdi Ke Sai Baba)
This devotional song from Shatrughan Sinha and Hema Malini’s film, ‘Shirdi Ke Sai Baba’ was sung by vocalist Asha Bhosle. And the lyrics were penned by Pandurang Dikshit. The song is based on the Diwali celebration and Sai Baba can be seen showing his divine powers and liting the diyas.
Aayi Hai Diwali Suno Gharwali (Aamdani Atthani Kharcha Rupaiyaa)
This peppy track is from the film 'Aamdani Atthani Kharcha Rupaiyaa' featuring Govinda, Juhi Chawla, Tabu, and Johny Lever among others. The film stars Amitabh Bachchan, Jaya Bachchan, Hrithik Roashan, and Kareena Kapoor in pivotal roles. In the song, the Diwali celebration is going on while the mother of Shah Rukh played by Jaya is awaiting his homecoming. The meaningful lyrics of the song were penned by Sameer Anjaan
Deep Diwali Ke Jhuthe (Jugnu)
This playful track of Diwali is from the 1973’s film 'Jugnu' featuring Dharmendra Deol and Hema Malini. The song is crooned by Kishore Kumar and Sushma Shrestha. In the song, Dharmendra can be seen having gala time along with school kids on a trip where they are shown singing this song. The lyrics of the song were written by Anand Bakshi.
