'Pathan', starring Shah Rukh Khan, Deepika Padukone and John Abraham, continues its golden run at the box office. Now, the film’s writer Sridhar Raghavan has hinted that Katrina Kaif and Deepika could come together for an action thriller in the YRF Spy Universe.
In an exclusive conversation with News18, he said, 'There’s a vacuum of those kinds of stories here. I’m pretty sure we’ll be filling that up. So, yes, there’s definitely a plan to make a spy film with the women.'
He added, 'There’s no limitation here and we don’t just plan on working with Hrithik, Shah Rukh sir, and Salman sir. There are two other crucial characters in the universe – Rubina (played by Deepika) and Zoya (played by Katrina).'
Deepika and Katrina have given action-packed performances in 'Pathaan' and 'Tiger Zinda Hai', respectively.
