Arjun Kapoor took to his Instagram Stories to give a befitting reply to a troll who commented on his fitness journey. The actor disclosed that trainer Drew Neal received an unwarranted comment regarding his fitness. The troll called Arjun a ‘rich boy with no mentality’ who can ‘never get in shape.’
Arjun responded to the statement in the comments section and said that being in shape isn’t just about having cuts on your body but it is about the shift in mentality where you make each session count and improve your actual health, strength, and posture. He further added that he can stand up to criticism and reply face to face.
'I don't need to hide behind a pic of a torso,' he responded to the troll.
Arjun also shared the screenshot of the aforementioned comment along with a long post on his Instagram Stories and mentioned that thought processes like these make people believe that fitness is all about having the perfect body.

He stated that fitness is more than that for anyone who has ever ‘struggled to just lead a normal healthy life and be mentally happy and calm.’
Arjun encouraged those struggling with their diet or lifestyle and asked them to never give up.
The 'Ishqzaade' actor’s post received support and love from his friends and co-stars, including his girlfriend Malaika Arora. She shared a screenshot of his post on Instagram Stories and told him never to let the trolls and criticisms dull his shine.
'More power to you and your journey,' she wrote.
Arjun’s trainer also shared the post and wrote, 'Words have consequences. Think before you type.'
On the work front, the actor has several projects lined up such as ‘Ek Villain Returns,’ ‘Kuttey’ and ‘The Lady Killer.’
