Aaradhya Bachchan, the granddaughter of veteran actor Amitabh Bachchan and daughter of Aishwarya Rai and Abhishek Bachchan, has reportedly moved Delhi High Court against a YouTube tabloid for reporting fake news pertaining to her health.

According to a report by Times Now, Aaradhya has sought an injunction against such reporting by the media about her as she is a minor. The matter will be heard in Delhi High Court on April 20.

The petition, filed by the law firm Anand and Naik, stated, ‘The defendants' sole motivation is to unlawfully profit from the reputation of the Bachchan family, irrespective of the damage-causing to the plaintiffs and their family members’.

Aaradhya Bachchan has often been a victim of trolls. In an interview with BollywoodLife, Abhishek had reacted to the negativity Aaradhya receives online. ‘While It’s completely unacceptable and something that I will not tolerate. I’m a public figure that’s fine, my daughter is out of bounds. If you have anything to say, come and say it to my face,’ he said.
