Actor Alia Bhatt has reportedly bought a new flat worth Rs 37 crore in Mumbai’s posh Pali Hill area of Bandra West. The 2,497 sq ft apartment has been purchased through her production company, Eternal Sunshine Productions, and is just down the road from Alia’s under-construction new bungalow.
According to Hindustan Times, registration for the apartment was done on April 10. The apartment is said to be located on the sixth floor of the Aerial View Cooperative Housing Society Limited. Alia Bhatt also reportedly gifted two flats in Juhu to her sister Shaheen on the same day.
Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor currently stay at an apartment complex called Vastu in Pali Hill. The couple tied the knot in April last year and welcomed their first child, daughter Raha in November.
On the work front, Ranbir is currently awaiting the release of ‘Animal’, whereas Alia is awaiting the release of ‘Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani’ alongside Ranveer Singh.
