Congratulations poured in for Elon Musk and SpaceX as 4 civilians made a splashdown at touchdown after a historic 3-day earth orbit mission. From rival Bezos to the top brass at NASA everyone took to twitter to give a thumbs up to the first of it's kind mission that also raised $200 million for charity. Conspicuously missing was US Commander-In-Chief Joe Biden.
Musk was asked on social media platform Twitter , “The President of the United States has refused to even acknowledge the 4 newest American astronauts who helped raise hundreds of millions of dollars for St. Jude. What’s your theory on why that is?” Musk replied, “He’s still sleeping.
Elon Musk's frustration with the White House showed up on Sunday as he hit out against a bill being proposed that would give tax breaks to EV makers that produce their cars with help of unions in the US. Musk tweeted on Sunday that the bill had been engineered by lobbyists for Ford and the United Auto Workers union.
When one of is 60 million followed commented that the bill was not really favoring Americans and the EV makers, Musk just replied a quip back at the President.
