Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, who filed his nomination papers from the Gorakhpur Urban assembly constituency on Friday, has declared movable assets worth ₹1.54 crore in his election affidavit. In the section for immovable assets, he has marked 'Not Applicable'.
As per the affidavit, he owns a revolver and a rifle worth ₹1,00,000 and ₹80,000 respectively. According to the document, the chief minister has gold 'kundal' weighing 20 grams worth ₹49,000 at the time of purchase. He also has a Rudraksh mala in gold chain weighing 10 grams worth ₹20,000, and a mobile phone worth ₹12,000.
In his 2017 affidavit for UP’s legislative council, Yogi had declared assets worth ₹95.98 lakh.

In the election affidavit filed on Friday, the UP chief minister said that he has no pending cases against him. In his 2017 affidavit he had declared that he has four cases pending against him.
