Are you unhappy with the candidates in the fray from your constituency?

If you don't want to vote for any of the candidates on the ballot, you can vote for 'None of the Above (NOTA)' option at the bottom of the EVM.

What does it signify?

Selecting NOTA signifies that the voter has rejected all candidates from the seat. If NOTA gets the most number of votes, then the candidate with the second-most number of votes is declared the winner.
