Dozens of protesters gathered outside the French embassy in Tel Aviv on Thursday to protest against the recent publication of blasphemy done against Prophet Muhammad. The crowd was angered by remarks made by French President Emmanuel Macron, which they claim were Islamophobic.  Earlier on Thursday an attacker armed with a knife killed three people at a church in the Mediterranean city of Nice, which accounts to third attack in two months in France. The attacker was shot by police and hospitalized after the killings at the Notre Dame Church.
