The Supreme Court will hear a PIL which seeks a court-monitored CBI probe into the death of Sushant's former manager Disha Salian. The petition claims both the deaths were inter-linked.
According to the court listing, a bench headed by Chief Justice SA Bobde and comprising Justices AS Bopanna and V Ramasubramanian will hear the plea on Thursday.
Disha Salian died on June 8 after falling off the 14th floor of a residential building in Mumbai's Malad West and Sushant died a week later on June 14.
