Delhi High Court on Wednesday refused to stay the streaming of Netflix movie 'Gunjan Saxena – The Kargil Girl’ following the centre's concern that film depicts the Indian Air Force in bad light.
The court questioned the centre why they did not approach the court before the release of the film on the OTT platform.
The centre was informed that an injunction cannot be granted now as the film is already streaming.
The High Court has simultaneously sought a reply from Dharma Productions, Netflix on the Centre's concern and issued a notice to former Flight Lieutenant Gunjan Saxena.
