Delhi Capitals' Shreyas Iyer on Saturday reached Dubai to begin his preparations for the remaining season of the IPL which is set to begin from September 19th. The batsman did not participate in the first leg of the cash-rich league as he had dislocated a shoulder in March. He has now been cleared by the BCCI after 5 months of intense rehabilitation. The regular DC skipper will join the rest of the contingent next weekend after his mandatory week-long quarantine ends. While Pant was leading the team in Iyer's absence, the franchise is yet to announce the skipper for the remaining league.
