Crude bomb attack in Bengal's Kakinara, 2 killed

Two people were killed and four were injured in an explosion in West Bengal’s Kankinara area in North 24 Parganas district. Locals say crude bombs were lobbed by unidentified miscreants. The incident comes amid a political slugfest between the TMC and the BJP in the state. Clashes between TMC and BJP workers in Basirhat on Saturday led to 3 deaths.
