Maharashtra police on May 10, 2023, claimed to have busted a prostitution racket in Thane.
Cops arrested a 45-year-old woman for allegedly running a prostitution ring, and rescued a minor girl pushed into the flesh trade.
Police laid a trap on May 8 by sending a decoy customer to a spot near a restaurant close to Thane railway station.
Cops then picked up the accused woman and the girl who were at the spot.
