SP leader 'tried to disrobe woman', booked by UP police

A leader of the Samajwadi Party has been booked by Uttar Pradesh police for allegedly trying to disrobe a woman, and also manhandling her husband.

An FIR was registered in Pratapgarh on 17 April 2023 against Gulshan Yadav and five others.

The woman claimed that the accused forcibly entered her house on 16 April, looted money, attacked her husband, and also tried to disrobe her.
