RJD leader Sunil Rai was abducted from his office in Bihar’s Chhapra in the wee hours of Tuesday.
According to the police, a group of unidentified men abducted Rai from outside his office around 4:30 am on Tuesday.
CCTV footage shows the kidnappers waiting outside Rai's office in a white Scorpio. After a brief scuffle they catch hold of the RJD leader and drag him into the waiting vehicle, before fleeing the scene.
A special investigation team has been formed to crack the case and the police is interviewing eyewitness and verifying the CCTV footage accessed from nearby areas.
