Man held for murdering live-in partner with pressure cooker in Bengaluru

In a shocking incident, a 29-year-old man was arrested for fatally assaulting his live-in partner in Bengaluru.

According to an NDTV report, Vaishnav and his partner 24-year-old Deva knew each other since college and were living together for the last 2 years. 

The couple used to engage in frequent altercations, according to their neighbours. On August 26, the two had a verbal spat over Vaishnav's suspicion that the woman was cheating on him.

During the argument, the man beat Deva to death with a pressure cooker. 

The accused who was on the run after the incident was tracked down and arrested.
