Days after a man was tied to a pole and allegedly beaten to death, Uttar Pradesh police announced the arrest of 4 persons and said that the remaining accused would be held soon.
A video of the assault had gone viral, and the victim's body was allegedly dumped outside a government hospital on 11 April 2023. The incident occurred in UP's Shahjahanpur.
The victim was allegedly beaten up on the orders of his employers over allegations of theft.
