- Cadila Health says ZyCoV-D effective against #Delta variant and other mutant strains of Covid-19
- Cadila also claims ZyCoV-D safe for children in the age group of 12-18 years as per studies.
- Vaccine could be available as early as August in the market pending approvals
- Cadila plans to manufacture 10 crore doses annually
ZyCoV-D is a plasma DNA based vaccine for Covid 19 studies and Cadila Health has conducted trials over 50 clinical sites across India.
