A dry run to check the best way to vaccinate people against COVID-19 and plug loopholes in logistics and training will be held in all the states today. The government will assess its ability and readiness to administer shots to millions of people, including many in remote corners of the country. Twenty-five beneficiaries will be present at each site and the vaccination team will demonstrate how they will be registered, how vaccines will be given, and how they will be monitored for adverse events. This drive will also test the operational feasibility in the use of CoWIN application in a field environment.
