Six months after Danish footballer Christian Eriksen's cardiac arrest at the European Championship, his contract with the Italian club Inter Milan was terminated by mutual agreement.

Eriksen was not allowed to play in Italy due to local health regulations but the Danish footballer can continue his career in another country that has different rules.

However, the 29-year old footballer has not played any competitive game since he fainted on the field during Denmark's game at Euro Cup on June 12.
