The baby on the cover of Nirvana’s 'Nevermind' is all grown up now and is suing the rock band for alleged child pornography.

The now 30-year-old Spencer Elden claims to be the naked baby famously pictured in a swimming pool on Nirvana’s 1991 album cover. He alleged alleged that he was sexually exploited for commercial reasons because his genitals were visible in the photo.

He added his legal guardians too did had not given their consent.

Elden in his suit, also alleged that the band had made a promise to cover his genitals with a sticker, but the promise was not kept when the final cover was out.

He also claimed that he 'has suffered and will continue to suffer lifelong damages' because of his linked identity with the popular album cover.

Elden has filed a lawsuit against the two surviving members of the band as well as Kurt Cobain’s estate and wants each of them to pay at least $150,000.
